Worst Place to Work - Anonymous employee Merchant Link Employee Review

From Senior Management, No Collaboration, and lots of blaming and power struggles. Ottawa office CTIO very difficult to work for and with. No direction. Lots of panic situations which can be avoided by careful planning. Micro manages, creates ridiculous fake deadlines, fails to empower employees but rather, yells at them and demeans them publicly, and complains numerous times per day to his local employees that head office in Silver Springs does the same to him. Very toxic work environment, which is a true shame because the employees there are very talented and great to work with, and the work itself is challenging and interesting.
