Rewarding Experience - Anonymous employee Merchant Refi Employee Review

Everyone here is extremely friendly and helpful. Management is respectful and open-minded and trusts employees with responsibilities while at the same time being highly receptive. Management is flexible with employees with working hours and will work with you to figure out the best schedule, if need be. There is paid winter vacation and every Friday there is free company lunch chosen by different employees. Overall, it's been a rewarding experience working here and I've felt valued and appreciated.
