      Pros

      We get to work with big datasets and wide range of technologies. Most development done in Scala or Java with a messaging bus and NOSQL backend. The adtech industry is fast moving and competitive so there's always something new being worked on. Salary is top level.

      Cons

      Work is fast-paced, not everyone finds it easy to keep up. More time for show and tell of new features would be cool. Sometimes hard to understand what Polish team members are doing (a lot of fixing required of their work before live).

      I got to know some cool colleagues

      Cons

      I joined the company in 2015. One week after joining, I was shocked when the CEO shouted very badly at everyone in the team. 2 months later, nearly everyone got fired.

      Pros

      Started my career in London at Merchenta. Having very little experience in programmatic Merchenta was an excellent building block for my career. I constantly learned new things and the fact that the company was a startup when I started meant that no 2 days was the same. I owe Merchenta to starting my career in programmatic.

      Cons

      -Startup environment when I worked, so to a certain degree you a dumped in the deepend. However, opportunity to buy shares in the company was given. If company progresses rapidly could be opportunity of a lifetime.
