      Cons

      Middle managers are not good. Very, very heavy workload and unrealistic expectations. CEO is too far removed from day to day inner workings.

      Fully remote, good salary, good work life balance

      Cons

      Everything else. It’s impossible to actually do anything meaningful here because you have no autonomy or control over what you do. All directives from from the founder himself and his ideas are either illegal or impossible to accomplish for a variety of reasons. The CEO does not care about the company.
