Bad micro-management - Account Executive Mercom Capital Group Employee Review

Their project management systems are awful and disorganised. They have very bad communication skills and are blunt and oftentimes rude. They don't seem to care about you as a colleague and you're simply treated like an output machine. They never hold accountability for their poor organisation and yet expect you to go above and beyond for their shortcomings. I would not recommend them.
