Apprenticeships - Anonymous employee Mercury Engineering Employee Review

Seems like Mercury uses apprentices as cheap labour on jobs as there are many instances where you are not doing any trade specific training. And then being told after a job is finished you will be made redundant with a fair amount of your apprenticeship to complete. No good if you want to complete an apprenticeship with one company. A bit of a disappointment when Mercury consistently promised the world and then the job comes to an end and you are left to find a new employer to take you on.
