Just as important, the organization supports a strong work‑life balance, allowing me to be present for my family outside of work.

      One of the most challenging aspects of working in a health system right now is keeping alignment of strategies and priorities across markets.

      -Good Manager -departments worked well together

      Cons

      -poor culture, this got ruined when they handed out green sunglasses to everyone during covid-that was their thank you! -no recognition -very unfriendly senior leadership
