Pros
Large hospital so don't have to deal with as many budget issues and other issues that go with a smaller company
Cons
I have never had so many different people throw me under the bus for the most petty and insignificant things possible and a lot of the times I was just doing my job- which by the way, I got maybe a half day's worth of training for in spite my never professionally doing it so don't expect top notch training because they don't even have a specific trainer for my department.
