Pros
Nice, new building undergoing continuous updating. Relatively small workplace, so you get to know almost everyone.
Cons
Employees are severely underpaid and stretched thin. When another employee leaves, they are not fully replaced. Rather, someone else is expected to take on more responsibility without proper compensation, and/or the replacement role is one with fewer hours.
