      A creative environment where you straight away feel part of the team. Lovely spacious offices and the work I was tasked with was so interesting and really gave me opportunity to showcase my skills

      Pros

      Company goes out of its way to keep employees engaged and happy. Family friendly environment. Great growth prospects for committed employees.

      Cons

      Lots of new employees in the last two years due to growth has led to some inter-company communication issues.

      Management communication can come off as condescending and off putting. There is a lack of leadership that fails to own up to mistakes and show accountability.
