Pros
The culture in Operations is one led by a solid VP who really does seem to care for all of his staff, from the hourly operator to the Sr. Director. A great place to work if you're an Ops person.
Cons
Sales and Marketing is a train wreck led by the CEO who needs to go. The top three sales people in 2011 have all either quit or been fired in 2012 for not going about their business the way the CEO thinks is best. If they can't keep their top three performers happy, imagine how life is for the rest of the sales force. It is a toxic place to work. The Directors in above in sales either don't have a clue or have no sales experience. The try to lead by instilling fear. You'd think it was the 1960s.
