      Pros

      Friendly and genuine colleagues. Pleasant working environment.

      Cons

      Management are unhelpful and at many clueless. Cannot challenge decisions made without being punished or looked down upon, it’s a ‘must follow instructions mindlessly & blindly’ culture which can numb the brain & lead to worst outcomes. Decisions by management are not thought through fully. You can get the highest praise but don’t even think about asking for a pay rise without being ridiculed and messed around. Absolutely no room for growth.

      Pros

      Great ClinOps team, supportive, reasonable, and educated coworkers. Very supportive direct managers. Transparent upper management & C suite.

      Cons

      Lower pay and some upper management churn which makes the companies future seem unpredictable. Smaller company so few CRA growth opportunities.

      Decent benefits package Collaborative teams Knowledgeable employees Supportive middle management New leadership in the last restructure has made improvements

      Cons

      Still a lot of uncertainty since the merger in 2021 HR can be toxic - all final decisions made by them based on personal preference/optics Optics are preferred to actual work ethic and performance Pay is below current market rates Upward movement is nearly impossible unless you are a favorite of HR Consistent layoffs/restructuring over the last 3 years
