New Management has destroyed the vibe of this office. Morale is low and everything is micro-managed. All flexibility has been removed and there are set shifts every day of 08:30 - 05:00pm. Poor work-life balance. Low resourcing as critical members have been borrowed to work on special projects to expand the business. Annual leave is often declined.
