Pros

The company is still growing even after several years. There are possible opportunities for advancement, but mostly only for those within close circles of management. There is a chance for promotion or a raise, and in rare cases, recognition can lead to a bonus for good performance.

Cons

- Favoritism and nepotism are widespread, with office politics heavily influencing decisions. - Many in management are family members or relatives of ownership, and lower roles often go to preferred individuals rather than qualified ones. - Leadership choices feel questionable, with inexperienced people promoted and placed in roles without proper training as long as they are part of the inner circle. - A growing number of employees are leaving due to unfair treatment, overwhelming workload, and poor compensation.

Pros

Meriplex is a company full of talented, hardworking people who genuinely care about their clients and the quality of work they deliver. The organization has grown significantly through acquisitions, which creates opportunities to learn from a wide range of teams, industries, and technical disciplines. One of the strongest aspects of the company is the caliber of many of the employees. I worked alongside smart, dedicated professionals who were willing to help each other and share knowledge. The culture within individual teams can be collaborative and supportive, and there are many people who are deeply committed to customer success. For those who enjoy building, improving processes, and operating in a fast-moving environment, there are opportunities to make an impact. The company serves a diverse client base across healthcare, senior living, financial services, manufacturing, and other industries, which provides exposure to a variety of business and technology challenges. Meriplex is also investing heavily in expanding its national footprint and solution offerings, which creates opportunities for career growth, learning, and professional development for employees who thrive in a growth-oriented environment.

Cons

The biggest challenge at Meriplex is managing the complexity that comes with rapid growth through acquisitions. Different offices, teams, and acquired companies often operate with different processes, systems, and expectations, which can create inefficiencies and confusion.

Pros

Liked the people I worked with I feel bad they have to continue with toxicity and it only will likely get worse as headcount cuts continue.

Cons

The environment can feel very metrics driven and heavily micromanaged. there is strong pressure around meeting goals and performance expectations and employees may feel closely monitored throughout the day. A lot of my coworkers I worked with felt stressed and wanted to leave.
