Lack of communication, continuously changing processes, high expectation of perfection, disrespectful and unprofessional coworkers, late deliveries and very upset customers all the time, nothing gets done on time, a lot of passing the buck, no work-life balance and the expectation to work 50 hours per week (direct from management).
