7yThank you for your feedback.. We have thought about the stagnancy at work issue quite carefully and have made the career progression plan very transparent for all the frontline staff to view. So, this will show everyone what it takes to grow within the organisation and all open positions will be closed through IJPs. We are confident that people with the required skills and competencies will get a chance to grow and will resolve this challenge we have had in the past.
