      Benefits aren't great - 2% 401K match If you're under the wrong manager your job will be much more difficult

      A good longstanding client base exists, for now.

      Cons

      Terrible top management culture of fear, massive egos, and rampant favoritism and cronyism. Since acquisition by private equity, add in fake news as the norm and not the exception with no accountability, so why not just lie?
