      Pros

      Team building, training, and education were great. The pay scale rewarded hard work and increased profitability. The people I worked with every day in the stores were down to earth and they became family to me.

      Cons

      Sometimes felt like the support was low because of the location of my district.

      Friendly staff, great upper management. Local office to me.

      They do tend to hire younger and younger employees that have little to no experience which can create challenges.
