Very disrespectful of employees. They like to fire and then sue former employees. Executive team is a good ole boys club. The CEO means well - but surrounds himself with arrogant chauvinists. The CFO constantly continually displays bad behavior by sticking it to customers and low level employees - and the executive team simply turns a blind eye. Not someplace you want to work.
