1. Threat from the managers to get sacked if you don't work 2. If we are asked to work on holidays and I'd we don't do so, they threat to cancel our holidays. And by holidays I mean the so called " paid" holidays in NPF. 3. Speaking of holidays, it's just for the sake of showing that the employees get holidays. Management gets heart attack if someone ask for a longer leave. They might approve and keep you in LOP or reject your request. 4. Toxic management. 5. Tenured and over the top performers are preferred here. Since they are taking "care" of the clients. 6. False promises to the clients by the sales person which makes the job of the CS person more difficult 7. Taunting and scolding everytime either if the target is missed or misc. 8. Targets are set in such a way that it not achievable and good way of not paying this variables to the employees who are working their mind off day and night. 9. Covid policy is just for name sake. It's of no use. If there is a work to be done, no one will care, you have to do it.
