Internship was fun and insightful! I learned a lot and was given a good number of responsibilities, which really made me feel like my work mattered. Merlin allowed me a great deal of flexibility in how I went about my internship. If you work here, make the most of it - the team is flexible and very, very good at what they do!

I don't have any complaints

Co-workers were all smart, hard-working people who treated me well. I truly loved my team. I had good access to CEO and believe he listened to me.

The solar industry can be tough due to bad players. Merlin is not one of them, but you have to compete against these bad players to make your numbers. It just wasn't for me.
