A lot of the team members work remotely, which has it's pros and cons for collaboration; but overall with the group activities that are organized the company does a pretty good job in connecting all team members.

As the company continues to grow and expand throughout the U.S. and globally, it would be great to have even more opportunities for things like in-person meetings, cross-department collaboration, and co-attendance at conferences.
