Pros
There are so many pros to working here, starting with the people. My colleagues are smart and supportive. Leadership is thoughtful and transparent. The company values and culture are strong. This past year has been so challenging because of the pandemic, but the company continues to put employees first every step of the way. The technology is exciting, and my work is interesting.
Cons
Most of us have been working from home since March 2020 and I miss going into the office and seeing people. But the company has created lots of ways for us to connect. The pace of work can be challenging, and since we're working from home there is a lot of flexibility and independence in getting work done. Not the best environment for someone who prefers closer supervision.
