      Pros

      There is nothing good to say about this company.. Oh wait they buy you Subway for lunch once in a while.

      Cons

      Where to begin... 1) You can only use sick leave if you are so sick you have to go to hospital. This is not in the hand book nor has a memo revising the policy stated in the hand book. 2) Makes in employee take pay without leave if they have a doctor's appointment. 3) Seems to be operating in the red statement from the President "We would have to take out a loan to give raises or bonuses." another. "If you travel we have to wait for the government to pay us before we pay you for travel, other wise we will have to take out a loan." 4) When person goes against President they are fired.

      Pros

      Perfect amount of steady work in an interesting field. The company allows me to work independently and yet is easy to communicate with and flexible when needed.

      Cons

      Slightly lower rate than what I normally charge as a freelancer, but the steady amount of work makes up for this.

      Pros

      Non management employees are kind.

      Cons

      Need to work a hard 8-5 in the office, if you want to leave even leave 15 minute early for any reason you need to use PTO. Even if you’ve stayed in the office later than your scheduled hours or worked weekends. Mesmo is about themselves and in no way about there employees. I can say so much more…. Just stay away if you want a work life balance of any kind.
