The culture is really toxic. They make new rules each day to be followed (related to attendance, leave policy, LOP conditions, time in & time out, how often to get up from your desks, your office wear outfits etc.). Your KRA & role changes several times from the time you join and later you are made to adhere to the new KRA without your manager having to ask you if you are okay to work on the new/changed tasks. There will be no performance review discussions with manager.

Those who take initiatives & ownership, they will grow, international travel opportunities and exposure. Open to experiment new ideas and implement them as well. Grown very fast in digital space. A lot of scope in the industry & globally.

Not as such. Little distant from Delhi which is manageable via local conveyance etc.
