This is a fantastic place to work! The team is incredibly kind and down-to-earth. The company is well-managed, and it’s evident that they genuinely care about their employees, offering great health insurance benefits as well.

The company is small, and the office space isn’t the most glamorous. However, this size helps foster a close-knit, collaborative atmosphere.

Competitive pay, great hours, respect from management and other employees. I felt that there were many opportunities for growth. Management appreciates the initiative and will always thank you and appreciate your efforts. I was unaware of the world of facilities before this job. Now, I look at any building or institution with a different and more appreciative lens. I really respect what MetaBIM is doing as a company.

Since it's a small office, if one person is upset about a project not going well/just received bad news, it's easy to pick up on that negative energy.
