      - Awesome Culture - Great people - Relaxed and laid back environment - Open-concept and has stand-up desks - Kitchen is always stocked and so is the snack zone - Lot of flexibility and growth possibility

      Cons

      - Work from home possibility doesn't exist yet but would be great to have that flexibility in future.

      Pros

      The team is small and moves quickly, and as an employee you have lots of varied tasks which means you learn lots of are not often bored.

      Cons

      Small company and flat management structure means there is limited opportunity for mentorship
