Cool culture but not necessarily stable for consultants - Associate MetaPhase Consulting Employee Review

At MetaPhase our aim is always to be a place to build a career (not just support a project). This is extremely important to us. Over the past year, 4 contracts have come to a close involving 10 of our staff. Of those 10 staff, 8 were placed on other projects and 2 are no longer with the company for a variety of reasons. In those rare situations where circumstances were such that we could not, for various reasons, move someone from one project to another - our commitment is to provide as much advance notice and transparency as possible. For example, in a recent contract that came to a close, we were able to provide the impacted staff member with 2 months of advanced notice to ensure maximum time for planning as we continued to work internally.
