There is a flattish structure, clear division of responsibilities and a friendly atmosphere.

The company is a great place to work. It has a very exciting vision that is clearly communicated by the Managing Director and senior management team. There's a great team spirit and working culture and a desire to get things done. I feel valued and appreciated, and I'm given flexibility and autonomy to develop my role.
