Pros
Metalshark is owned by some of the most endearing people who genuinely care for the well being of their fellow employees. It shows by the liberal pay compensation they allot to their hard working employees. There are plenty of opportunities to grow and to master the trades by way of the exemplary training programs they have established. It was through Metalshark that I was able to get certified as a welder at no cost to me, all I had to do was show up! This company is definitely in a league of it's own and I would highly recommend anyone seeking to go pro, to join this winning team!

I really don't have any cons to list because this company has done so much for me and my family. They have given me multiple opportunities to be a provider for the people I love and for that I respect them.
