Honestly Fantastic - Junior Backend Engineer Metallicus Employee Review

Having senior engineers that understand the product allows me to learn so much. They are incredibly helpful and knowledgable. Team is always open to new ideas and hosting weekly discussions for Coding Style, Design Patterns, and Devops. I am reminded that my opinion matters in these discussions. They are open to ideas for new products and services to add to the suite. Pay is great, feels very competitive considering I am also fully remote. Best job and pay I have ever had; I am grateful:)
