      Pros

      GREAT $$$$$$ Great benefits and pay. Union support is very beneficial. Just do not expect a lot of family time.

      Cons

      NO WORK/LIFE BALANCE.... If you don't have a family,you will love the $$$$$ It is a great job if your single or do not want to spend a lot of family time.

      Pros

      Great benefits, good schedule, knowledgeable co-workers and management, and good work/life balance. Also was given a generous severance package when unexpectedly laid off.

      Cons

      Was told during initial hiring process that my position was secure and I didn't have to worry about potential future lay-offs but 6-months later was part of a massive lay-off due to changes in the economy/political climate.
