Pros
Great benefits, good schedule, knowledgeable co-workers and management, and good work/life balance. Also was given a generous severance package when unexpectedly laid off.
Cons
Was told during initial hiring process that my position was secure and I didn't have to worry about potential future lay-offs but 6-months later was part of a massive lay-off due to changes in the economy/political climate.
