Pros

You can make quite a lot of money, however you have to stay with the company for a long time in order for it to be worth all the hours you have to work. You must do anywhere from 50-60 hours average every week (up to 84 hours) because there is always overtime. And if the overtime slows down or stops, it will come back very quickly. You do get raises every year. Top out is $24.12 per hour. If you count all the overtime you could be making 11-1200 weekly starting out or within the first year.

Cons

You will be overworked for a very long time, 6 or 7 days a week, and you wont be paid enough to deal with it unless you are willing to work 60-84 hours every week for several years.

Pros

You definitely can advance here as a welder, technician or whatever.

Cons

We sat in orientation about safety for six plus hours. Once I started working there, I started it feel like nobody was following basic safety protocols, and not only that, but I was also pressured not to. The station I was put on constantly had issues where my partner and I would have to step on the conveyor belt while it was still active to fix stuff, and that STILL wasn't fast enough for the plant coordinator. Just completely shameful.
