Pros
Aggressive pricing strategy to get the business, however, financial structure of company cannot sustain giving away the farm.
Cons
Family owned business that lets family members slack off while everyone else busts their tail. Lousy pay for non-family employees. Poor leadership from senior management with no sense of direction, vision, passion or charisma.
