Pros

1. Good technologies and leading customer base. 2. I am passionate about learning and I think this is a good place to be in for my progress. 3. Good work is respected and you get good visibility right up to CEO level, non-performers can (and should) face action.

Cons

1. Good people always leave with frustration and you have to live with the leftover mess 2. No canteen. 3. For all administration stuff, no help desk to raise ticket. Employee have to go themselves and ask and make his work done. 4. One manager is very much involved in personal life matters of employees 5. Monitoring of attendance is ridiculous. They don't bother if employee stay back for long hours. But if employee leave bit early for 2 consecutive days. Next day u will get a mail for not maintaining 9 hrs daily. 6. No concept of team lunch. 7. Management treats employees as their slaves, they don't care about anyone's personal life. 8. Zero Facilities to employees. 9. The only growth the company has made is by pulling in freshers 10. No family insurance. Only individual employee insurance is provided. 11. Salary hikes are not appropriate, no formal appraisal process. 12. Employees have no choice and are forced by managers to do the non-interesting,repetitive work. 13. Parking space provided by company also proves that they are not employee friendly. 14. Last but not the least, health of the organization is not good. 15. People ( specially those dumb leads and managers ) don't want any good talent to stay in the company since it creates direct threat to their existence 16. Politics is spread so deep into management's thought that they feel employees as slaves 17. Leads are taught to "manage" the team in a way that they don't have any right on themselves 18. Management's thought process involves treating their pets on the floor as special candidates and promote slavery than good work. It doesn't matter if those pets spend whole day satisfying manager, HR or CEO 19. One of management thought process includes following as their (praised) value - "Give employees so much work that they don't get chance to look outside and do their own activity." People working over night and on weekend are ideal candidates in manager's view (obviously you also need to please them else you become another non performing slave) 20. HR department is their to Harass Resources not to Help Resources
