Still small, so leadership has to wear a lot of hats. They still do a great job, though.

- High level of autonomy: decisions can be made without unnecessary red tape - Work with top talent: the team comprises some of the best in the world at what they do - Open and caring culture: we're intellectual honest, but also care about each other personally - Work ethic: we have fun and don't take ourselves too seriously while having ambitious goals and working hard

- Need for more celebration: we're always onto the next thing, and need to celebrate our big wins (and little wins) more - Frequent context-switching: lots of hats that need to be worn, so context-switching happens a lot (though we try to reduce it as much as possible)
