Great people to work with at the IC level Company policies are good, but change or are not fully executed on

Leadership is not good at making decisions. Discussion rarely happens between leadership and the rest of the team. Company morale drops or goes through a roller coaster every few months.

Had a great talent pool, but leadership was not focused or good at making unanimous decisions. Poor communication when there were changes.
