Pros
Flexible working time, good starting salary for Serbia (similar to other commpanies for same posiion). Fullfilled every deal we made.
Cons
Not so good relationships in company, mostly between top management and other people. Company don't invest in working equipment, old outdated laptops, when buying new equipment main criteria is price without looking to performance and usibility.
