Pros

Their motto is ego-free architecture, and I really think they embody that. They have great values as a firm, and do what they can to create work life balance. No one that I work with takes themselves too seriously, and they are always willing to explain when I don't understand something. I really enjoy working here.

Cons

I am not particularly interested in the type of work that's been coming in lately, but those things eb and flow. What I will say is that even though the project types can be a little boring, they are good revenue drivers so I know my job is secure.

Pros

Pros: - awesome work peers - break room filled with snacks - vendor product presentations - collaboration - unlimited PTO (this is at the discretion of your studio manager) - they make you feel included in many ways from work, to outings, etc.

Cons

Cons: - changes for their drawing standards happen way too often - consistency in communication lacks with upper management - the firm's goals are unrealistic for their lower chain of command - unlimited PTO is questionable - no compensation for any overtime hours (part of having "unlimited PTO") - upper management has their favorites and they make it very clear - major lack of transparency and dishonesty between employees creates mental exhaustion and creates unnecessary tension - expectations of one's own work has to go over and beyond to make it through the tough times at this company & to be noticed as a person - upper management is unprofessional in many ways
