      Entrusted with a lot of projects, freedom to take risks and do fun things, excellent collaboration, amazing life/work balance (get your work done well and go play in nearby ocean or trails if you want)

      pay not amazing, but option to own some of the company with time

      Great team, the CEO is a fantastic guy to learn from. Everyone there is your friend & wants what’s best for you.

      Be aware it’s a small company and a big opportunity to figure things out for yourself. The freedom and independence you get with this job only comes if you are willing to think for yourself

      Pros

      Participating in a small startup that is growing month/month substantially allows for one (requires of one) to wear many hats and work hard. CEO and board are very supportive of everyone's potential to contribute to the business.
