It’s hard to think of some.

Having worked at a few firms before here it’s genuinely hard to think of something that is a “pro” that isn’t just a normal thing at any other architectural firm. It’s a pretty cool office space.

They are a firm that grew big and fast. A lot of higher up people would absolutely not have their job title if they had to apply to another firm based off of their portfolio and skillset. If you are coming in with a developed/unique skillset they will most likely start you at the bottom of the totem pole behind people that just haven’t had the capability to get a job at a more advanced firm. Lastly, there have been a couple layoffs in my time here and yet the founders keep showing up in extremely expensive lifted trucks, pretty horrible optics.
