      Pros

      You will appreciate your next job immensely, because of how bad things were are Method360. That's all I can think of.

      Cons

      The lies, they never end. Management lies to their employees, sales teams lie to their clients, anything it takes to make the sale. A "consulting" firm with no actual talent, all they do is find contractors on dice, slap $60/hr on top of their pay rate and ship them off as "highly experienced" consultants. It's no wonder the employee churn is so high. New employees are misled into believing they'll receive training and real world experience. The reality couldn't be further from the truth. It's a sinking ship, stay away.
