      Nice employees but the manager is not great.

      Cons

      They have no idea how to manage projects or business as a whole. The pandemic made work environment completely toxic.

      Great space to develop your skills on the job. Depending on what project and timeline you're on, there's usually a fair bit of capacity to skill up

      Cons

      Most Umbraco based CMS - if that's not you're thing then there are dev ops roles or SPA apps emerging within their clientele

      o People-orientated company with strong core values o An excellent, growing client base o Lots of training opportunities (inc. Pluralsight subscription) o Annual Appraisals o Friendly staff o Environmentally conscious. Head office is a green, self-sufficient building o Staff can join and contribute to Research & Development groups

      o Communication between development teams is difficult post-pandemic
