      Cons

      Most Umbraco based CMS - if that's not you're thing then there are dev ops roles or SPA apps emerging within their clientele

Pluralsight subscription) o Annual Appraisals o Friendly staff o Environmentally conscious. Head office is a green, self-sufficient building o Staff can join and contribute to Research & Development groups

      Everyone is so friendly and takes the time to help or chat including Directors Positive Environment Communication is good relaxed but motivated vibe feel valued and required Growth opportunities New ideas are welcomed
