Cons
Most of the sales position are commission only and unfortunately advertised as salary plus bonus. On top of that, it is a boutique firm still claiming 50% of all commissions off the bat unless you are bringing your own listings. If you are giving up at least half of your commission it may be wise to work for a large brokerage firm that can provide adequate resources and assistance in return.
