Pros

You touch many stations and therefore the lives of many people, making things just a little bit easier for them day to day, with traffic and news reporting.

Cons

24 hour operations can mean overnights or weekends, but that's the way it is for most people in the world of broadcasting. Equipment upgrades are in the works now, otherwise I'd point to equipment challenges.

Pros

Seamless transition from contractor to actual employee. They were very supportive when we had a management change leading to working at the Network instead of an office in downtown Toledo.

Cons

They lost my information leading to not taking a job transfer in Minneapolis. I didn't know I was supposed to report to the Chicago office as they headquarter the midwest. This website limits my time with Metro - I worked for them from 2005 -2010
