Pros

It was a creative job, producing radio news copy for a variety of small and medium markets around the country.

Cons

The pay was low, the hours were bad (overnight 10pm-6am), work rules were soul-crushing and unevenly applied, and the manager was unprofessional and a petty dictator.

Pros

Seamless transition from contractor to actual employee. They were very supportive when we had a management change leading to working at the Network instead of an office in downtown Toledo.

Cons

They lost my information leading to not taking a job transfer in Minneapolis. I didn't know I was supposed to report to the Chicago office as they headquarter the midwest. This website limits my time with Metro - I worked for them from 2005 -2010
