Time to yourself when it’s not busy. Ok pay for the work. Consistent schedule. Easy work once you’ve learned everything.
Cons
Customers will harass you on occasion. The store values making money over everything else. You only get 2 , 15-min breaks. Sometimes waiting over 4 hours in between breaks because they forget about you. You can’t get a raise unless it’s company wide. No benefits. The shifts are either early morning or late at night, no 9-5.
