      Pros

      I had a great experience with the onboarding process and New Hire Orientation (NHO) at MetroPlusHealth. From the very beginning, everything felt well-organized and thoughtfully planned. The HR team was iwelcoming, responsive, and supportive, which made the entire transition good.

      Cons

      Having coffee available in the building would be great because I felt it’s a long day with out it.

      Cons

      Some internal processes can be slow due to regulatory requirements. Communication between departments can occasionally be improved. Workload can increase during peak enrollment periods, but teams support each other.

      Pros

      Hybrid, good benefits, salary is ok. The company is actively working to improve operational processes.

      Cons

      Hybrid is not guaranteed. Fully remote options not available for most positions. Not many opportunities for advancement depending on the department.
